Construction is progressing rapidly, and as you drive along Highway 14A, you can see the new building rising among the tall pines of the Black Hills National Forest (see construction progress). Inside, the Canyon Grille will offer a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere — indoor and patio dining, a full bar with local craft beer and signature cocktails, and plenty of space to relax after a round or enjoy an evening out with friends.
Our menu will showcase farm-to-table favorites made with ingredients from nearby farms and ranches. Think Texas-style BBQ smoked fresh daily, along with savory burgers, sandwiches, salads, and rotating seasonal specials. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite before your tee time, celebrating after a great round, or just soaking up the sunset over the canyon, you’ll find something delicious waiting here.
“We wanted to create a space that feels approachable, authentic, and connected to this incredible setting,” says Marlon McMakin of Boulder Canyon Golf Club and The Canyon Grille. “Our goal is for The Canyon Grille to be a place where people gather — not just for great food, but for the sense of community that makes Boulder Canyon so special.”
Just steps away, the new Golf Shop will open at the same time, featuring the latest gear and apparel, plus The Bunker, a grab-and-go stop for fresh food and beverages before your round or at the turn.
