The open kitchen and living room gather around a fireplace, and the private patio with a grill looks out over the fairway and the Black Hills National Forest beyond. An oversized one-car garage and in-unit laundry round out the essentials.

The Double Eagle Retreat is a full four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home an easy walk from the golf shop and first tee at Boulder Canyon Golf Club, made for buddy trips, family reunions, and celebration weekends. A primary suite and a king suite share the upstairs. Downstairs, a second primary suite, a bunk room, and a huge second living area give a large group room to spread out. Sleeps up to eleven.
The kitchen is built around a large island, and the wet bar with a wine fridge keeps the evening going. A fireplace warms the great room, a two-car garage handles the gear, and the private hot tub is where the day ends. Keypad entry means your group arrives on its own schedule.
Dinner at the Canyon Grille is an easy walk, and so is your first tee time.
