Every great round deserves a great meal, and at Boulder Canyon, it’s right here on the course. Canyon Grille is our on-site restaurant, serving Texas-style BBQ smoked low and slow over post oak, hand-cut steaks, gourmet burgers, and fresh salads, with views of the course and the Black Hills National Forest.
You don’t need a tee time to pull up a chair. Canyon Grille welcomes everyone, golfers and non-golfers alike, and stays open year-round, long after the course closes for the season.
Before the Round, After the Round, or Instead of One
Grab a quick lunch before your tee time, or settle in on the covered patio afterward with your playing partners, a signature cocktail, and a local craft beer. You don’t need a tee time to enjoy it, though. Canyon Grille welcomes everyone, from members and visiting golfers to locals and travelers exploring the Black Hills.
Open Year-Round, Even When the Course isn't
When the course closes for winter, the kitchen keeps going. Canyon Grille stays open to the public through the off-season, so you can enjoy a long lunch with a view, catch the big game, or pick up BBQ To Go for dinner at home. It’s just ten minutes from Sturgis and Deadwood and about thirty minutes from Rapid City.
Catering for Tournaments and Group Events
Canyon Grille caters every outing and tournament we host. Your group can choose a BBQ buffet, a hamburger bar, box lunches, or a custom menu, served in our event tent, on the covered patio, or in the dining room. We cover breakfast before the shotgun start, lunch at the turn, and dinner with the awards ceremony.

Canyon Grille partners with trusted regional producers, smokes its BBQ fresh on-site, and cooks everything it fries and sears in real beef tallow. It’s the kind of food that makes people plan their next visit before they’ve finished this one.
