The Canyon Grille — Opening May 1, 2026

Exciting things are taking shape in Boulder Canyon! Opening next spring, The Canyon Grille will share a new home with Boulder Canyon Golf Club’s expanded Golf Shop, bringing fresh, locally inspired dining to golfers, locals, and visitors alike.

Box Lunch

Smoked chicken wrap, roast beef hoagie, or club wrap, a bag of chips, a cookie, and bottled water.

Hamburger Bar

All-you-can-eat grilled hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and hotdogs with baked beans and a choice of two salads (e.g. potato salad, macaroni salad, bean salad, or broccoli salad)

BBQ Buffet

Brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage, and more, served buffet-style with all the fixings.

All meat is locally sourced and smoked on site.

We can also customize a meal suited to the needs of your group.

Food and beverages are charged 4.5% tax and a 20% service fee.
Boulder Canyon does not permit coolers or outside beverages at any time.
